Adult Faith Formation 

Faith Formation is an ongoing responsibility in our Catholic Faith. As adults, we are to commit to a lifelong journey of understanding our faith, proclaiming our faith, and living out our faith. Adult faith formation has become an important part of our parish life.
Our "team" strives to offer a variety of means to help our parishioners through their journey through workshops, retreats, parish missions, dynamic speakers, seminars, programs, small groups, etc.
Any adult parishioners interested in growing in their faith are welcome to join our team and most importantly to attend the events.

Just a reminder if you are looking for some good spiritual programs, books, movies, family entertainment be sure to check out FORMED.  Remember this is a gift from the parish for us all to enjoy, it is like a Catholic Netflix.  You will be surprised all it offers.

Alaska Discovery – Land & Cruise July 9-20, 2025
Traverse the Pacific coast by land and sea aboard one of Holland America Cruise Lines’
lovely ships on a breathtaking journey that takes you from Alaska to Vancouver, British
Columbia. Cruise the Sternwheeler Discovery and encounter Alaska’s diverse culture
and rich history. Enjoy local dishes and a lively musical performance at the Denali
Dinner Theater about the first brave men to summit Denali. Ride a luxury domed railcar
from Denali to Talkeetna, soak in views of the incredible landscapes from glass-ceiling
railcars and open-air observation platforms as guides provide expert commentary.
Travel deep into Denali National Park for the best opportunities to view the region’s
wildlife. Cruise through Glacier Bay and the Inside Passage, taking in rugged natural

Magical Christmas Markets – December 15-22, 2024
This is a special trip with very limited space available and reservations are due by
June 9, 2024.
Experience the holiday spirit in Austria and Germany, where the tradition of
the Christkindlesmarkt began over 600 years ago. Explore Christmas
markets alive with festive cheer and cultural treasures. Uncover the history
and tastes of these incredible regions spending five relaxing nights in
Innsbruck, where the spirit of Christmas is undeniable. Venture to the
Alpine village of Seefeld via train; partake in the traditional taste of
schnapps before you’re whisked away on an actual horse-drawn Christmas
sleigh. Head to Salzburg for an expert-guided walking tour and delight in
dinner at the centuries-old St. Peter’s restaurant. Embark on the journey of
a lifetime in this winter wonderland, where twinkling lights illuminate entire

GriefShare new sessions for 2024
No matter what the circumstances, grief recovery is a painful process. St Patrick Church will be offering “GriefShare” a seminar and support group to our parishes and local community, all are welcome.  This is a weekly seminar/support group for people grieving the loss of a loved one by death.  It’s a place where you can be around people who understand how you are feeling and are able to offer you encouragement.  At “GriefShare”, you will learn valuable information that will help you through this difficult time in your life.  We will feature videotape seminar sessions with nationally recognized experts or grief and recovery topics.

Sessions will begin February 14th to May 8th, 13 weeks.

We offer an afternoon session at 1 PM or an evening session at 7 PM.  Meetings are held in St Patrick Parish Center, upstairs Room 3. (444 East Water St, Troy) You are welcome to just come and check it out. You can register on griefsahre.org/finadagroup





Mass at Transfiguration is streamed at 8:15am beginning with Rosary at 7:30am on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Noon on Tuesday. Saturday at 5:00pm and on Sunday at 10:00am.
